Description
RAIVAVAE - Bungalow Deep Natura 1
Discovered by Europeans in the 18th century, the Austral archipelago is located 600 km south of the Polynesian capital Papeete. It is made up of seven islands, five of which are inhabited, and four only accessible by air. Raivavae, was discovered in 1775 by the Spanish navigator Thomas Gayangos. It is often cited as one of the most beautiful islands in the Pacific, adorned with its twenty-eight islets in which nest multitudes of seabirds, Raivavae, almost unreal, seems to float in its emerald lagoon.
"Raivavae" means "the open sky", it's a great place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Its magnificent landscapes live up to its reputation as the Garden of Eden. The island shelters astonishing vestiges, like a laughing tiki, the other tiki found on the island decorate today the gardens of the Gauguin museum of Tahiti.
You will stay in the village of Vaiuru, near the lagoon, in one of the 4 Deep Natura Bungalows. Each of them offers you 40 m² of private space.
The bedroom has a King Size bed and 2 single beds, ideal for a family of 4. The bathroom is private with sink, shower and toilet. A private terrace with lagoon view and equipped with a table and chairs is available. The property is located in the heart of a pretty tropical garden with trees and flowers. A barbecue area is at your disposal for a moment in a convivial atmosphere around a few grills. Continental breakfast and dinner is provided by your host. Your taste buds will discover traditional Polynesian cuisine, often composed of seafood, lagoon or offshore fish, seasonal vegetables and fruit, barbecue with exotic flavors ...
The private beach, lagoon side is waiting for you! Take your masks and enjoy the treasures of this translucent lagoon. For kite surfers, take your equipment, the lagoon is just exceptional for the practice of this activity. Or else, just let yourself be lulled in this bewitching blue and enjoy paradise, there you are…
