Ideal for your solo, romantic, family, friends or even organized travel groups.
This is a standard room of 19m², air-conditioned and very comfortable. It is equipped with a Queen size bed, a TV with desk area, kettle and small fridge are available, as well as a private shower room with sink and toilet. You will appreciate your private terrace with table and chairs for your morning coffee.
The Residence benefits from a large swimming pool, with a solarium and a furnished Fare Potee. Access is free to all tenants.
