Stay in this 125m2 apartment, on the first floor of a small single-storey building with a swimming pool and on the lagoon's edge, combining the comfort of a hotel and the advantages of a family guesthouse.
Ideally located close to the airport and the town of Uturoa, this accommodation is ideal for group stays.
It comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with King size beds, and storage for your personal belongings.
In the lounge, a double bed and a double sofa bed will accommodate 4 additional people. This opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, and is fitted with a flat-screen television and free wifi internet connection.
The shower room, modern and minimalist, is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink area and a toilet. Toiletries (shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer) will be graciously provided by your hosts.
The space where you will enjoy spending most of your free time will be the terrace with its bar and its unobstructed view of the lagoon. It is equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying your meals and breakfasts in the morning in this calm and relaxing environment.
