Leave by kayak directly from the house and access the lagoon in just a few seconds to enjoy sunrises, snorkelling days, or a magical moment in the midst of turquoise waters while admiring the sunset.
At the exit of the canal, on the left, the famous sandbank for swimming with rays and sharks!
A few metres further, the sandy motu with the Coco Beach restaurant!
You will be 5 minutes from a renowned surf spot on the island.
With your kayaks, you can reach all the restaurants and beaches along the coast. Ideal for swimming and snorkelling enthusiasts and for lounging on the beaches!

The large enclosed and lush garden will be the ideal place for outdoor activities: badminton, skittles, or lazy days under the fare potee.

Ideal for a couple, the mezzanine still offers 2 mattresses on the floor for children's sleeping.

The place was perfect for me and my wife. The location is fantastic because with the available kayaks, you can start paddling straight from the backyard, and in a couple of minutes you find yourself in a marvelous lagoon. Close to several spots to easee more

The location is fantastic because with the available kayaks, you can start paddling straight from the backyard, and in a couple of minutes you find yourself in a marvelous lagoon. Close to several spots to eat and experience the local cuisine, a few of which are waterfront. The place is well-equipped and the front yard is very spacious wonderful to admire the starry sky at night. Highly recommended!
