Located in the Temae lighthouse district, just 15 minutes' drive from the ferry terminal, the property is a charming beachfront holiday home, ideal for a family or friends' stay in Moorea. Spacious and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 7 people in a calm, tropical setting.
With an area of 150 m², the house and adjoining bungalow feature 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 king-size beds in the house and 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom in the bungalow.
The lounge has a single sofa bed perfect for accommodating 1 adult or 2 children under 12 years old.
Just a 5-minute walk from the house, you have access to a reef beach offering a lagoon with crystal-clear waters, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation by the water. Also perfect for observing marine life, with the possibility of spotting dolphins and whales during their passage through the region, depending on the season.
The kitchen, open to the living area, is fully equipped and runs on gas and electricity. It includes:
